Steve Pearce handled the sale process of what was quite a tricky property. He always responded to my enquiries promptly and kept me informed of developments throughout. He also liaised with all the other parties involved to ensure that, althouh the process took six months, it all went through smoothly. He gave pragmatic and professional advice on all the issues that arose and any difficulties were overcome expertly.I received three offers almost immediately upon launch, one £5000 above the asking price, and one of these proceeded to Completion.
