The manager tasked with providing you with a detailed valuation will take the time to fully understand your property and your needs.
Step 2: Instruct the right agent
Marketing, Marketing Marketing. A lesser known phrase in property but simply crucial for obtaining the most interest, the most viewings and the best price/buyer
Step 3: Agree a sale with the agent by picking the best and most suited offer and buyer.
Step 4: Instruct a conveyancer or solicitor to handle the legal aspect of the sale.
Step 5: Rely on your agent to progress the sale and keep you informed at all times.
Step 6: Exchange legal contracts. Congratulations you have achieved a successful sale
Step 7: Completion. The money from your sale is paid and distributed according to your instructions. Your agent will hand the keys to the new owner.
